Booking fee – $500 (deposit non-refundable)

(Price to hold date and for administrative and management costs) 

Security (per guard) – $150 & up per event

Cleaning fee – $300 per floor

Cake cutting fee – $1.50 per head 

Champagne toast – $1.50 per head (house)

Bar Setup- $150 up to 2 bartenders/barback ($75 each after)

Corkage outside liquor- $25 per bottle

In house DJ (5 hrs)-$450 & up

Microphones (varied types) –  $10 per mic

LED Screen – $70
(person to run screen extra $150 per event)

Easels – $7 Each

Sound Equipment – In-house basic connection included 

Portable sound system – $75 (includes 2 speakers, mic & bluetooth)

Sound Engineer – $300 to $450 per night depending on setup
Karaoke DJ – $450 & Up (5hrs)
